We handle redeliveries at hippoSUPPORT. So that we can verify your purchase for a manual redelivery, please include your transaction ID, date, and time of purchase. Please file your redelivery ticket at hippoSUPPORT.
Note: It is always better to purchase inworld from the Hippo Technologies store, where there is an automatic redelivery terminal.
